1969 Dodge Charger R/T Custom “CHIPER”
- Built to perfection with No Detail Over looked!
One of one, this is not just a V10 Viper engine in a Charger, but a Viper chassis that's been lengthened 21-3/4" and had a Charger built around it. It features a modified Viper dash and console, custom leather interior and seats and body panel fit. It's been repainted, and has custom exhaust and mechanical assembly. Under the hood, the engine and firewall are set back. It's powered by an 8.0-liter 7,990cc (488ci) V10 overhead valve engine that is naturally aspirated. Underneath the Charger is the lengthened Viper undercarriage that matches the B-body of the Charger. The chassis and extended drivetrain is all 2002 Viper from there. With the engine basically in the center of the car this handles like a dream. Inside a Viper cockpit, the custom interior is clean, fitted to mold the Viper dash into the Charger interior. At the center of the cockpit, bucket seats stitched with "CHIPER" on the back red seats.
